We want to simplify things for you by creating balanced, portioned, delicious and nutritious meals that you could pick up in our store. These meals are all preservative-free, low sodium and made daily with only the freshest ingredients. Swing by to pick up lunch, dinner after work, soups, salads, fresh fish, Greek specialties, protein bowls, desserts or even platters on your way to a family gathering, What's for Dinnah? offers refrigerated meals ready to go. We make what you would cook for your family, if you had the time. This is food you can feel good about.

We are now delivery only, as we closed our location in April of 2022. Menus are email on Thursday and orders are delivered on Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week. We vary the weekly menu with some of the more popular items. we include some staples like fried or grilled chicken cutlets sold by the pound. we sometimes have a soup or a special salad, flatbread or wrap along with a choice of chicken, beef, pork, seafood or vegetarian meal. you place your order by email or text then we make arrangements to meet for delivery! I am willing to meet as far as an 8 mile radius of the Rocky Point area, and the order minimum is $40. If you have a different arrangement in mind, email me and we can see if we can work something out.
